SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION
OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN CAMBRIDGE, OHIO
Notice is hereby given pursuant to R.C. 3313.41 that the Cambridge City School District Board of Education, Guernsey County, Ohio, will offer for sale at public online auction the following described property items, which are not needed for public use:
- 35 +/- acres of real estate and buildings located at 6111 Fairdale Drive, Cambridge, OH 43725, subject to all legal highways, conditions, easements, and restrictions of record; and
- Personal property including tools, lockers, chairs, equipment, vehicles, and timber rights with listing.

An open house/property inspection and preview will be available for interested parties at 6111 Fairdale Drive, Cambridge, OH 43725 on December 4, 2017 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. and on December 9, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. This notice also is available at: www.daily-jeff.com and posted on the School District website at: www.cambridge.k12.oh.us.
Method of Sale: Bidding for the public online auction for real and personal property will open on December 11, 2017, and bid closing begins at 3:00 p.m. on December 20, 2017 for real property and at 3:00 p.m. on December 21, 2017 for personal property. Subject to the right of the Board to reject all bids, the sale shall be made to the highest bidder, but shall not be final until written notification of the acceptance of the bid is given by the Board.
