Starting with the Prom on Saturday night, the Cambridge High School Class of 2024 is going to have a busy couple of weeks.

This Saturday, April 27, 2024, is the Prom featuring a Great Gatsby theme. The promenade starts at 6:30 as students are introduced as they cross the stage in the cafeteria. The dance is scheduled until 10 p.m. in the gymnasium.

Class of 2024Students will have to recover quickly from the festivities as the Senior Scholarship and Award night is Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.

Final exams for the seniors will be on May 2 and 3, 2024 with May 3 being the last day seniors will attend classes.

Graduation practice will be on May 10 at 9 a.m. at McFarland Stadium (weather cooperating) in the CHS gymnasium if the weather is bad. A luncheon for the seniors will follow.

Graduation is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 6 p.m. at McFarland Stadium, or at 7 p.m. in the CHS gymnasium if the weather is bad. If the weather is sketchy, a decision will be made and announced as soon as possible.

Approximately, 160 students will graduate in the Class of 2024 and boast one of the highest graduation rates in recent years.

Four students, who are tied as the top ranked student in the class, will offer short speeches during the graduation ceremony. The High School band and choir will also perform during the ceremony.
